I follow so many social media accounts for fitness, nutrition, parenting, teaching, and just for fun stuff. I can even list the number of animal accounts I have in my feeds.
Social media can be a great resource as long as you are looking at as one source of information and not your only source of information.
Some of the accounts I follow for good information (not perfect) are:
