In today's fast-paced world, stress has become a common companion for many. Regular exercise can be a potent antidote to stress. It helps lower the levels of cortisol, a hormone produced by the body in response to stress, thereby promoting a calmer state of mind. Even a brisk walk or a yoga session can work wonders in clearing the mind and easing tension.
